Ordering & Cookie Drops
Every Saturday, we release a fresh selection of our small-batch cookies for the upcoming week’s pickup. Because we bake in limited quantities, some flavors may sell out, so we recommend ordering early for the best selection.
Orders are open from Saturday through Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Any order placed after the Wednesday cutoff will automatically be added to the following week’s Cookie Drop for pickup the next Saturday.
We close ordering after Wednesday so we have time to bake every cookie fresh to order, carefully package each box, and have everything ready for Saturday pickup.
Yes! Our drops are small-batch and sell out fast. We recommend ordering early to guarantee availability.
At this time, we primarily offer our scheduled cookie drops. If you’re interested in a larger order for an event, corporate gifting, or wholesale partnership, please Contact Us.
No minimum order is required unless otherwise stated for special promotions or wholesale orders.
Visit www.crinkleandco.com when our cookie drop is live. Select your cookies, add them to your cart, and check out before they sell out. We’ll email you an order confirmation with your pickup or delivery details.
Our cookies are sold through our scheduled cookie drops, so no advance notice is needed. Simply place your order during an active drop while cookies are available. For larger orders, corporate gifting, or wholesale inquiries, please Contact Us page.

Not yet! We currently offer local pickup only. Shipping is something we’re actively working toward as we continue to grow.

Pickup & Delivery
Yes! We offer local pickup on a scheduled day and time for each cookie drop.
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your pickup date, time, location, and complete pickup instructions.
At this time, we do not offer regular delivery. This allows us to focus on baking fresh cookies and managing our scheduled cookie drops and local pickups.

About Our Cookies
Absolutely. Every Crinkle & Co. cookie is baked in small batches and made fresh for each cookie drop. We don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves, which helps ensure every cookie delivers the flavor and texture we intended.
At this time, we do not offer custom-designed or personalized cookies. We focus on baking our signature cookies and seasonal favorites, allowing us to consistently provide the highest quality products. Be sure to check our menu regularly, as we frequently introduce new flavors and limited-time offerings.

Yes! We currently offer a gluten-free cookie called “Gluten-Free Classic.”
As we grow, we may add more gluten-free cookie flavors in the future. Please check Our menu often to see the most up-to-date gluten-free options.
We also announce new flavors and updates on our social media, so be sure to follow us to stay in the loop.
Our cookies are handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and baked fresh for every drop. Every purchase also helps support our family’s mission and journey caring for our two sons with complex medical needs.
Our cookies are generously sized gourmet cookies, approximately 4.25 ounces (120 grams) each.
For best freshness, store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. They will stay soft and delicious for several days.
If you’d like to keep them longer, you can refrigerate or freeze them. To enjoy again, simply bring them back to room temperature or warm them slightly before eating.
For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, warm your cookie in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.
We do not recommend freezing our cookies, as they are best enjoyed fresh for the softest texture and best flavor.
However, if you need to freeze them, you can do so by placing them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. They can be stored for up to 2–3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw at room temperature or warm them slightly before eating.
Allergens & Ingredients
Most of our cookies contain wheat, milk, and eggs.
While some flavors may not contain nuts, our cookies are produced in a home kitchen where nuts and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.
We currently have one gluten-free option available: “Gluten-Free Classic.”
At this time, we do not offer dairy-free or vegan cookies. As we continue to grow, we may add more dietary-friendly options in the future.

Payments & Policies
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods offered through our website.
Yes, you can cancel your order if it is requested within 24 hours of purchase and before baking has started.
Because we bake everything to order in small batches, we begin preparing ingredients and scheduling baking soon after orders are placed. Once baking has started, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
If you need to cancel, please Contact Us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Because we bake our cookies in small batches and make each order fresh, production begins shortly after your order is received. This allows us to ensure every cookie is made with care and delivered at its best quality.
Once production has started, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, as ingredients and baking time have already been committed to your order.
